Plans for the house: still waiting on the builder to give the quote for the rebuild price and duration. The appraiser will visit the house on Wednesday. I hope to move to an apartment by the end of the week.
Planned sequence of events:

1. Get house appraisal value
2. Get builder quote
3. Move to Temp Housing- apartment
4. Determine if to rebuild or purchase
